Crafted in Dallas, Texas using a John Ellis JM5 machine, our water undergoes a rigorous five-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) process to ensure unmatched purity and performance. Starting with a sediment pre-filter to capture rust, silt, and particulate, the water then passes through an activated carbon block that strips chlorine, VOCs, and organic contaminants. A second carbon stage targets finer chemical residues and taste-altering compounds. The fourth stage is the heart of the system—high-pressure reverse osmosis—removing up to 99.9% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, and biological agents. Finally, a polishing filter rebalances the taste and structure of the water for optimal bioavailability – then is processed through our JM5 machine that UV-sterilizes and processes the water, a conditioning process that is believed to optimize the natural hydrogen bonding structure. The result is a uniquely processed, ultra-purified water offered for those who value clarity, precision, and intentional preparation in every sip.
